Welcome
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
You are invited to come and join our faith community. St. Patrick Parish is located in Brady’s Bend, Pennsylvania. We serve the northern part of Armstrong County dating back to 1806. At this time, many Irish Catholics came to Sugarcreek Township to live, work and promote the Catholic Faith.
Those faith filled pilgrims then came to Brady’s Bend, and in 1864 a cornerstone was laid, and in 1866 a new church was opened. Our current church building was dedicated on All Souls Day, November 2, 1969. Parishioners who live in communities in Armstrong, Butler and Clarion Counties come each week to practice their faith and keep a Catholic presence here.
Please take some time to browse our website. Also, come and visit us. You can visit us in Brady’s Bend anytime of the week, except on Thursday. From May 1 until October 1, on Saturdays and Sundays the Historic Log Church is open to visit. We hope to see you soon.
May God Bless you and your family.
Father Ricky Cortez
Pastor

We are an active faith community of over 200 households, and we strive to deepen the faith and to broaden the vision of church for all parishioners. Since Christ, present in the celebration of the word and sacrament, is the source and summit of our faith, our celebration of the liturgy is the life blood of our parish.
